Size all together is 37 at tallest. Each of the three floors comes off to make it easier to work on the separate floors. Instead of using doll house exaggerated size siding, I created real-life scale lumber planks using a gloss sided index card material - cutting each and every board and attaching one over another. The green roof tiles are supposed to represent aged copper.
Each was cut and attached - one at a time. I have more in reserve. The copper tower is also copper index paper - indicating a more recent creation. It would eventually turn green if it were real copper.I grew up in a Victorian house similar to this - so I had a real attachment while working on it. Just added a picture of the back side showing that all rooms are 10" Tall, 10" Wide and 13 Deep. The top floor side rooms have more pointed dormer ceilings. The Victorian windows each fit in but are not attached - so that you can work on the inside easily.
One upper window even has what looks like a crack - but it is really fine, thin graphic tape. Each floor comes apart separately so it is easy to work on inside. I have done nothing with the inside. Two floors should fit easily into your back seat and the top or bottom floor into your trunk.
This will make a great gift for you to work on with your children or grandchildren - you - your kids - and/or your grandchildren.
