It has lithographed paper, hand painted brick sides with orangish-red brick base and tannish mortar. The brick is litho paper that's painted on. The litho paper is chipped, peeled, delaminating, lifting, worn and missing as you can see in the pictures.
The roof has a strongly crazed / alligatored red paint with green trim and grungy white / off-white in the gable ends. There are some red nails here and there on the roof. There's a gable on each end left and right and a large dormer / gable on the front of the house. Just under the roof line on the front is a cute, 2 layer diamond shaped dental.
The roof is a traditional Victorian style as you can see in the pictures. On the left side of the house, there's a good sized gap where a trim piece likely was at one point.I guess this is making this a drafty old house inside! The house has 9 windows (5 on the front and 2 on each side) and 1 door on the front.
The door does not open but is painted green and off-white. The windows are clear glass and all glass is still in tact. You can see through the first and second story windows.
The back of the house is just a wall but it's made from old crates as you can see in the pictures. There's a good sized gap / crack between the two pieces of wood that make up the back. Each window is trimmed out with little pieces of wood. As it was originally made, there was a sill, two sides and upper lintel on every window. All of the windows have their trim pieces (which is very rare). The windows are painted a dark green that is crackly, alligatored and grungy. The edges of the house also have that same dark green trim. The right side of the house has litho paper also but it's more orange and faded than the front of the house. The left side of the house doesn't have any litho paper on it and is green on the bottom and black on the top.
Overall the paint is in really old, but great-patina shape considering its age. The house does have a lot of edgewear scrapes, chips, crackle, alligatoring, nicks fading here and there, scuffs and chips! Inside, the house is painted has some old nails and remnants of what look like curtains (that are now just some threads hanging). It's not painted inside and it could use a good cleaning. The house is just one big room inside with not floor except the first floor.
The house measures 12" wide x 7.75" deep (at the brick part) and 13.5" long x 9" wide at the roof line x 16.75 high to the top of the roof gable. It weighs about 8 lbs.
