Battat Large Wood Doll House 42 H HTF

  
This is a hard to find dollhouse by Battat. Very well constructed, made of wood. The roof front lifts up to reveal a compartment and the front of the house opens up to show two more levels. This house is large, 42 H. It has had very minimal use which is obvious in the great condition it's in.

Super clean and ready for play. 2 heavy magnets hold the front closed. There is a tiny chip in the paint on one pink window frame. There are tabs on the back of the roof that cover the screw heads.

One of those tabs is missing but it's not really seen since it's on the back of the house. There is no front door. Looks like there was a door at one time. I've seen one other house like this and it didn't have a door either. I plan to contact Battat to see about a replacement but don't have high hopes of getting it since this isn't a newer item. I can recommend my local UPS store, many of my buyers use them and have been very happy. You can call them for a quote, giving them the measurements.
