For sale is a wonderful piece of children's toy Americana.. 1900s lithograph paper on wood dollhouse. We believe it to be by the R.

Lithograph has some edge ware as to be expected. Hinged front still works well. The hinged door and lower windows/curtains are missing. The interior had regular wallpaper of the day applied to it. Porch columns are actual spindles, not lithographed spindles.

The roof looks like it was painted/stained a red color maybe oxblood? The wood itself is still in overall very good condition as is the trim. It could probably be cleaned a little by the right person, but not being a collector, I don't want to do anything to mess it up and devalue it. Measures 10"W x 6-1/4"D x 11-1/2 H.
